For upfitters, coachbuilders and workshops
One unified control system for every build.
A wireless, brand-independent system for power, water, heating, climate and lighting. Shorter installation times, less training effort and customers who understand their vehicle from day one.
Who we work with
Upfitters and coachbuilders
From one-offs to series builds. Electrical installation gets shorter, and your vehicles gain comfort features that set them apart.
Workshops and service companies
Ideal for retrofits and model updates. Modules plug in instead of requiring complex wiring or programming.
Dealers with a workshop
Sales, installation and service from one source. You look after your customers locally, we support you in the background.
Why upfitters choose Camper Jarvis
Installed in hours, not days
Modules communicate wirelessly and sit right next to the devices they control. No data cables across the vehicle.
One control for every brand
Victron, Votronic, Truma, Dometic and many more run through one system. No mix of panels, less training for your team.
Handover without a lecture
One dial with haptic detents instead of many apps and panels. Customers understand it at once, and post-delivery questions become rare.
Local and fail-safe
All functions run locally in the vehicle, without the cloud. Lights and circuits stay operable via wall switches. In development: a backup where a module takes over the full dashboard if the SmartKnob fails.
Engineered like a car
We develop to automotive industry processes (Automotive SPICE). All devices are CE compliant and tested in accredited laboratories. Ampy even meets the ASIL-B safety level for vehicle electronics.
Low power draw
Less than 3W in daily use instead of up to 20W for a classic touchscreen. Important for off-grid vehicles and long storage periods.
A diagnostic blackbox in every device
Every module and the SmartKnob remember what happened technically, even across power cuts and restarts. Your service team sees the cause before the vehicle comes back to your yard.
Cause known before anyone drives out
Voltage dips, undervoltage restarts or a fuse that always trips on the same channel show up at once. Installation or device? The answer is clear.
Clear warranty decisions
Operating hours, voltage extremes, overcurrent and temperature peaks are stored permanently. Installation, third-party device, operation or genuine defect: a solid finding instead of a guess.
Handover with a documented baseline
After installation you record the configuration and supply of every module. It belongs in your handover protocol, and later questions are checked against this baseline.
Field feedback for your next series
Diagnostic data from several vehicles shows whether an issue belongs to a floor plan, a cable route or a third-party device. Real field data instead of gut feeling.
Documented update security
Every device records its updates with proof that they were signed and encrypted. A documented building block for your cyber security and update obligations.
Less support effort per vehicle
“When exactly? What lit up?” That phone chain disappears. The modules’ self-healing even reveals faults your customer never noticed.
No personal data: no location, no Wi-Fi names, nothing about the users. If the customer has agreed to product improvement and has internet in the vehicle, diagnostic data reaches us automatically and GDPR-compliant. Otherwise your team reads it out on site.
Installation packages for repeatable builds
We tailor the packages to your floor plans and model lines. Contents, prices and pilot packages on request.
